This hearty beef stew is made from locally sourced Cork beef. We use two different cuts to give a sumptuos meaty flavour and melt in your mouth chucnks. We use Stag Bon stout from Ballyvourney to complete this traditional stew. Mixed with seasonal veg from our local growers this stew is a firm favourite.
